Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, brand name, product interest and project requirements. We also use limited technical information needed to secure the website, prevent spam and deliver the service.
Analytics and website experience
With your permission, Metro uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and completed actions, and Microsoft Clarity to understand anonymous interaction patterns through session recordings, heatmaps and usability insights. These optional services remain disabled unless you select “Accept all.” You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change your choice at any time.
Google and Microsoft may process device, browser, interaction and approximate location information according to their own privacy terms. Metro does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry text to these analytics services. Sensitive form content is masked in Clarity recordings by default.
Retention and international processing
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the project, legal, security and business record purposes. Because Metro serves brands internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate service and security controls.
Your choices and rights
You may use the Cookie settings link in the footer to accept or reject optional analytics. Depending on where you live, you may also ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. We will review requests in line with applicable law.
